A 20% minority ownership position in STARS Contracting SoFlo LLC. You become an owner of the company, with the rights and interest that accompany a minority membership stake under the operating agreement.
15% compensation based on all jobs completed by the company — not just the ones you touch. Every contract STARS performs and completes contributes to your compensation.
You own the architecture, the stack, and the roadmap for the AI platform. Founding-level input on product direction and on how the company competes for and delivers work.
You are the engineering half of a two-sided company: government contracting expertise on one side, AI-driven software on the other. These are the systems that need an owner.
Own the pipeline that ingests SAM.gov and state, county, and city procurement portals, normalizes solicitations, and scores each one against our NAICS codes and capability profile.
Build the LLM systems that read a solicitation, extract requirements into a compliance matrix, and draft evaluator-ready RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses that a human reviews and ships.
Take the capture portal from a browser-only tool to a real backend: server, database, multi-user authentication with roles, server-side syncs, and API keys that never touch the client.
Scheduled opportunity syncs, deadline tracking, and automated email/SMS alerts on high-match solicitations so no submission window is ever missed.
